Why it exists#
Helpdesk software is expensive, and teams that just need to answer customers end up paying for features they never use. Mocha is an open-source helpdesk and ticketing platform built for speed, and fully self-hostable.
How it's built#
A TypeScript monorepo managed with Turborepo and Bun, with a Fastify backend, PostgreSQL through Prisma, and Mintlify docs. It deploys with Docker, with guides for Docker, Dokploy and running behind a reverse proxy.
